PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is available and can be booked for one-to-one sessions, or for two people per session. It can be carried out in local parks, at a gym or in your own home. All the necessary fitness equipment will be provided.

PRICING:
One-to-one training:
> 1 x session: £35

> 6 x Sessions: £195 (£32.5 per session)  or > 10 x Sessions: £350 (£30 per session) 

(No cancelation within 24hrs of booked session)

Training for two people:
> 1 hour session: £45
> Block sessions available upon request.

Rory Howard-Kyan

I have always been involved in a variety of sports including team sports such as American Football , surfing and climbing. This is how my interest in the fitness industry began and why I love working with people from all backgrounds and abilities and motivating them to be the best they can be. I believe there is no limit to the training and lifestyle choices that can be provided for individuals.

I love helping people to achieve results and reach their goals, whether it be training for a 10k, developing your functional ability or weight loss. I will help you train smarter and get you to where you want to be faster, always keeping workouts fresh and fun.

I started my fitness career in 2014 and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Fitness and nutrition have always played an important role in my life. Gymnastics was my leading interest as a child. In my spare time I love bouldering and sport climbing. When I’m training and eating healthily everything else follows – feeling driven, more focused and most importantly feeling good. I’ve experimented with different nutritional approaches to living a healthy lifestyle and found what makes me feel at my best. I’m extremely passionate about coaching and getting people started on their fitness journey.
