How do I book onto a session?
Download the ‘Bookfit’ App, then search for WildBootcamp. You can then book onto sessions 2 weeks in advance. (If you are on MoveGB – book onto classes first via the Bookfit App, then once you have secured a place, proceed to book in via the MoveGB App)
If it is your first session – You will need to fill in a Health Statement Form at the session, so turn up 5 minutes early.

Will WildBootcamp be too hard for me?
We will provide workouts for all abilities. Most exercises can be modified to make them easier. Be prepared to work hard but at the same time you will always be working within your own individual ability. If you have any health/medical concerns we will discuss these before you begin the bootcamp.
How do I cancel a session?
You can cancel your booked sessions via the BookFit App. If you cancel within 1 hour of the session, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the session.
I am under 18 years old, can I still join the Bootcamp?
Unfortunately not, we can only have people take part in the bootcamp aged 18 and above.
Should I bring anything with me?
Just bring some water, a towel and your own mat if you have one. We’ll provide everything else!
What clothing should I wear?
Wear sports clothing to your taste, just make sure you are sensible with what you wear on cold/rainy/hot days.
What if it’s raining?
No rain, no gain. We carry on regardless! (Within reason…)
